I have placed my order, how long will it take to come?
To ensure maximum quality and freshness we bake all our cookies fresh to order, please allow 5-7 days from when order has been placed for dispatch.

We are located in Grantville and Clyde North, Melbourne. We also offer Australia wide postage
Do you offer postage?
We offer express post Australia wide. Our postage prices start from $14.10
How long do your cookies last for?
Each cookies comes individually heat sealed so they stay fresh for 8 weeks
What’s in your cookies?
Our cookies contain flour, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla essence and are decorated with fondant.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan alternatives?
Sorry no we don’t
How do I store the cookies?
To ensure your cookies stay fresh for up to 8 weeks, please store them in a cool, dry place and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or the fridge
What is your minimum order?
For custom orders our minimum is 20 cookies with a minimum of 5 per design
Can I send cookies to someone else as a gift?
Absolutely, please provide their name and postal address when placing your order. Don’t forget to leave your contact details so we can sending you tracking updates
Pick up orders
Orders for pick up need to be collected at the designated time or will have to be rescheduled to a different time that fits around our business
Damaged or lost order
All care is taken while handling and packaging your cookies. Once they leave our premises, we do not take responsibility for any damages, lost orders or postal delays during transit
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Custom order confirmation
To secure your order, a 50% non refundable deposit is required by the due date given. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to pick up or dispatch date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and you deposit will not be refunded.
Alterations
The only alterations we can make is to add to the quantity of cookies. Once your order is booked we will then source the cutters and supplies required to process your order.
Cancellations and refunds
please be aware that if you do cancel your order, we do not offer refunds due to our cookies being baked fresh and decorated for each custom order

Social media
We reserve the right to upload photos taken of your lovely cookies on all of our social media accounts for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for us to share images of your cookies, this must be specified at the time of placing your order
